A bomb every 16 days from secret Iran enrichment plant to open in 2007

see Iran’s secret military enrichment plant: wild claims about Neyshabour

post where:
Israel-based organisation DEBKA claims there is a secret military enrichment plant 150 metres below fields at Neyshabour, 600km from Tehran. Claimed to go online in late 2007 with 155,000 P1 and P2 centrifuges, tens of thousands of them already shipped from Belarus and Ukraine, this massive enrichment program is said to be three times bigger than the known one at Natanz. Designed by Russians, it will allegedly be able to produce a bomb within 16 days, and 3-9 bombs each year. The DEBKAfile Exclusive Report does not explain why IAEA inspectors seem unaware of its existence, of the 80 Belarussian or Ukrainian experts working there, or the existence of P2 centrifuges in Iran.
